Hi, I'm Tracy.

Unofficially, I'm a knowledge seeker, goal striver, story teller (and listener), and presently, a freezing Chicagoan impatiently awaiting the six glorious weeks of Midwest sunshine who's devoted the lion's share of my life to studying and experiencing growth mindset and personnel development.

Officially, I am a Certified Personal Coach and I coach individuals through life transitions with a focus on health and wellness. Alongside my near 20 years of coaching experience in a variety of niches I have spent a lifetime studying, experiencing, and actively promoting the advantages of a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. I believe this is the strongest foundation to achieving success in all other areas of life transitions. 

If you want to achieve more or become better in areas such as physical and mental health, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, productivity, and time management, learning to understand and accept that elements of failure and loss of identity are almost unpreventable will help move you with confidence from contemplation into action. Remember, there can only be solutions if there are problems to solve. And also, it's ok, to not have all the answers.   

Which brings me to my core belief. Progress. Progression through fear. Progression through failure. Progression through doubt. Understanding that progress is not linear. And if you continue to progress, while the line may not be linear you will get to your goal. That progress over perfection will triumph, every time.

Also, be a good human. And always smile in the elevator.
